Alex will be responsible for all aspects of site assessment, entitlement, and construction of Stotan's vertical development projects.

Prior to joining Stotan, Alex was a Development Associate at Brennan Investment Group in Rosemont, IL. He managed the development of build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects both locally in the Chicago area and nationally. Before that, he worked at Clayco Chicago, overseeing the construction of build-to-suit industrial developments, and at The Hanover Company in San Diego, focusing on residential real estate.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.
