The 258,720 SF speculative, cross-docked building is divisible to 130,000 SF, offering high image space and significant trailer parking. Located within DuPage County with accessibility to I-88 and I-355, users will be provided strong labor demographics within the immediate area. Mass grading is underway by Meridian Design Build and delivery is scheduled for Q1 2023.
