Stotan Industrial is pleased to announce that Conor Nestor has accepted the position of Investment Analyst.‍

Conor's role encompasses underwriting investment and development opportunities, managing project due diligence, conducting market research and providing support in leasing and disposition of assets.

Prior to joining Stotan Industrial, Conor gained valuable experience during his two-year tenure at JLL as a Valuation Advisory Analyst with the Industrial Group. There, he focused on property and fund valuation of various industrial assets and institutional owners across the United States.

Conor holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from Ohio State University.
