March 28, 2024

Stotan Industrial is proud to announce that it has closed on a 39-acre parcel on Toepperwein Road in the heart of San Antonio's premiere northeast industrial submarket.

Construction is underway on a 4-building, 493,000-square-foot, Class A industrial park. The development marks Stotan's debut in Texas and underscores its expansion into 5states.

The Interchange at Live Oak industrial park will provide users with immediate access to both I-35 and 1604 and a highly skilled labor force in Bexar County allowing them to serve one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. The park will feature four state-of-the-art buildings, ranging from 56,400 to 146,016 square feet packed with Class A industrial building amenities. The first building is scheduled for delivery in late 2024followed by the remainder of the park finishing in the second quarter of 2025.

“Our team is very excited to launch our first project in San Antonio. Demand for modern industrial space along I-35 continues to outpace supply, particularly for users looking for shallow bay product. We're fortunate to be working with great partners on the deal and look forward to the project's delivery in mid-2025.” - Bobby Paterson - VP, Market Officer (Texas Market)
