Stotan Industrial has appointed Ben Harris as the Senior Vice President and Market Officer of the Carolinas.

In his new role, Ben will be responsible for securing new development sites in 3 primary markets in the Carolinas, including Charlotte, Charleston & Greenville / Spartanburg. To help drive Stotan’s growth and establish the Company in the Carolinas, Ben will relocate to Charlotte and open the company’s first remote office there.

 Harris brings to Stotan 15 years of professional commercial real estate experience, having most recently served as Vice President of Development for Ridgeline Property Group. Prior to his tenure at Ridgeline, Ben served as Development Manager for Conor Commercial of the McShane Companies and also spent time in the Corporate Services Group within CBRE and in the commercial banking business.

Ben holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned his bachelor's degree at the University of California, Irvine.
