Stotan Industrial, in partnership with NAI Legacy and Ares Management, is pleased to announce the acquisition of I-94 East Logistic Center, a 33-acre site in Woodbury, Minnesota. Construction is underway for a 477,000 SF, Class-A industrial building, scheduled for August 2023 completion.

This site is situated in a rapidly developing industrial corridor along I-94 near the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, just over 20 miles from downtown Minneapolis-St. Paul, and immediately adjacent to Amazon’s newest local distribution center.

At 477,000 SF, the property will offer divisibility to 115,000 SF, 36’ ceiling clear height, up to 70 truck docks, ample auto & trailer parking, and offices built-to-suit.

Stotan's Chief Investment Officer, Principal, Daniel Fogarty commented:

"Stotan is excited to launch this project in partnership with Ares Capital Management and NAI Legacy. The Minneapolis market has seen historical growth and absorption and we have been searching for the right opportunity to become an active participant here. The location of our project, right on I94 on the east side of the Twin Cities, is well-positioned to provide Class- A, bulk industrial space to a long-underserved submarket."
